Creative recording artist Tanerélle shares Official Visualizer video for latest offering "MMFSG"
Tanerélle - MMFSG
Tanerélle released “MMFSG” yesterday. It arrives the way her best work always does — quietly, and then all at once.
The Atlanta-born singer has spent the better part of a decade building something most artists only gesture toward. A sound that lives in the space between R&B and Afrofuturism, between the body and wherever the body is trying to go. “MMFSG” inhabits that world with ease. It does not rush to explain itself, and it doesn’t need to.
She has always written from a place that feels simultaneously intimate and cosmic — a voice that carries the weight of both. The same artist who co-composed the score for Nanny, who placed “Nothing Without You” inside Insecure, who built an independent label called Mama Saturn Enterprises from the ground up before signing to MNRK Records, is still doing exactly what she wants. On her own terms. In her own time.
“MMFSG” feels like proof of that. A single that belongs to no particular moment except its own — unhurried, uncompromising, and entirely itself.
Sometimes a release is a statement. This one is quieter than that. It is simply the sound of someone who knows exactly who they are, putting that on record.
